AndExplorer is a file manager/explorer. It allows browsing files/folders stored on device and sdcard. It can sort by name, size and date. Copy/Paste, Rename, delete, create folder, send/share features are available. It is able to uncompress ZIP, GZIP and TAR files too. Encrypted (password protected) ZIP archives supported. No permission other than storage/write one needed. No ads. AndExplorer can be called from another application with Intent facilities. Search and ZIP compression features are available in Pro version only.

This seems fairly simple compared to some other similar apps, but it gets the job done and its small size (and new apps2sd support) help save space.

Great app Hi, this app takes up very little space on a phone. It shows hidden folders on sd card. It cant read zips natively but it will decompress them to a new folder :). Also it shows device files (ie not sd card files). Thanks. God bless. Aaron

Warning! If you will install this app for "Classical Music Downloads" (price 250$) it will be useless. I advice you not to buy CMD. It is impossible to download the mp3 files.

Average File Manager It's somewhat easier to browse and select than others, but it has commands like compress that say "go pro" when ES has them free.
